We are an association of professionals, directed by
Brian Parkinson, all of whom have been previously employed
in the rail industry as Engineers, Project Managers or Senior
Business Managers


Brian Parkinson is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 38
years railway experience and an extensive multi disciplinary
railway background with proven ability to project manage
and develop schemes. He established PartnerSkills in 2007
to bring together professional people who could fulfil his
company philosophy


PartnerSkills have experienced Rail Managers and Engineers
who can assess current situations with you and then provide
direction, guidance and support to help you achieve your
goals with the most efficient use of resources.
